The Second Article of the Egyptian Constitution and its implication on minorities Mina Fouad Tawfike Freelance Coptic Writer, Blogger and Lecturer freeorthodoxmind@gmail.com The parliament elections are now finished, and the problem of setting the new constitution is now rising especially because the islamists have gained the majority of the parliament. It has been along debate between the Liberal and the Islamists since the addition of the second article to the constitution in 1971. The second article of the Egyptian constitution states that: " Islam is the religion of the State and Arabic its official language. Islamic law ( Sharia ) is the principal source of legislation." نادر بكار... وتلفيق الأكاذيب ما بين عشرات اللقاءات على شاشات التلفاز، وعشرات الحوارات على المواقع والجرائد المختلفة، يستمر نادر بكار المتحدث الرسمي بإسم حزب النور في تكرار وترديد نفس الأكاذيب المتعلقة بموقف حزبه الرافض لتولي الأقباط والمرأة رئاسة الجمهورية. كان آخر هذه اللقاءات مداخلة هاتفية مع برنامج "صباح دريم" يوم الأحد 8 يناير 2012 حيث كرر ما يكرره دائمًا أن: "إن رفض مسألة تولى قبطى لرئاسة البلاد أمر محسوم داخل الحزب، وهو غير مستغرب، ف ديانة رئيس الجمهورية أمر منصوص عليه فى عدة دساتير غربية فى اليونان و انجلترا و أسبانيا و السويد ". المؤسف أكثر ليس الأكاذيب التي يرددها بكار لكن أن أحدًا من الضيوف الذين يتواجدون في هذه البرامج لم يحاول الرد عليه أو تفنيد ما يقول.
